The Truck
Windswept Prairie Plant Truck is not unique, there are plant trucks in major cities across the country, but in the Texas Panhandle, she is one of a kind. All her contemporaries spend their time selling tacos, burritos, and bar-b-que. She is the only truck for hundreds of miles to be full of living, green and growing plants. I think the others are jealous.
From Humble Beginnings
There she was, abandoned in the back lot of a used car dealership, a 1997 Freightliner MT 45 Step Van. You could still see the outline of Fed Ex under her fading white paint job. At this moment, Windswept Prairie Plant Truck was born. Over a period of six months she received a total body makeover to become the first and only Plant Truck in the Texas Panhandle and the most beautiful step van on the road.
